Here are some detailed instructions of how you can begin playing at Poker-on-Net today. It is important that you remain connected to the Internet while following these directions. |

1. Download Instructions
- Click on the Poker-on-Net "DOWNLOAD" button on the site’s home page. The button can also be found on the left side of the site’s other pages.
- Choose "Save this program to disk" and click "OK". You will be asked to select a location on your computer where you want to save the "PacificPoker.exe" file.
- Select a location and click "Save". Poker-On-Net recommends selecting your Windows desktop, as seen in the picture below.
If you choose to save the program in a different folder, make a note of the exact location where it is saved.
The file will begin downloading to your computer. A status bar will appear, showing the progress:
- After the download completes, the following message will appear:
Click "Close".

2. Installing Poker-On-Net
- On the desktop, or wherever you have chosen to save the file, double click the Poker-on-Net icon:
If you do not see the icon on the desktop, follow these instructions:
a. Select the "Start" menu option on the left corner of the screen.
b. Select "Find" and then "Files or Folders...".
c. Type "PacificPoker.exe" inside the white window that says "Named".
d. Choose "Find Now".
e. Double click the icon after you have found the file.
If you see a "Corrupt installation detected" message after selecting the icon, click here: Corrupt Installation.
Now you should see the Installation Wizard. This Installation Wizard will guide you through the installation process, easily and quickly. The Wizard will now begin downloading the Poker-on-Net software. The download should be completed within 7-10 minutes (if you are connecting to the Internet with a standard 56KB/sec modem).
- After the download process is completed by the Wizard, you must choose the location where you want the software installation. Poker-On-Net recommends the default destination, which can be installed by simply pressing "Next". This is shown in the picture below.
The installation process will start and you should see the following screen:
- After the installation is completed, you can begin playing. Choose the “Real Money” or the “Demo Money” play when these options appear on your screen.

3. Begin Playing with Real Money
- After the installation process is completed you will automatically be at the entrance – The Lobby – of Poker-On-Net. Select "Play for Real Money".
- Press "NEW PLAYER CLICK HERE!".
- This will take you to the "Real Money Registration" screen. Enter the required information and select “Submit Registration”.
- An online reply from our server will be sent to your email with your Poker-on-Net Real Money Username and Password. Write down the password and username, then press "OK".
- After you return to the login page enter your Poker-on-Net Real Money Username and Password and press "Login".
- In the Poker-on-Net Lobby select the "Cashier" option to deposit money into your account.
- Once you have deposited into your Poker-on-Net account, simply select the table where you wish to play by clicking on that table’s name. Then click "Join Table".

4. Begin Playing with Demo Money
After the installation process you will be automatically directed to the Poker-on-Net Login screen. Select "Play for Demo Money".
- Press "NEW PLAYER CLICK HERE!".
- This will bring you to the "Demo Money" registration screen. Enter a Username (4-9 characters, letters and numbers only).
Fill out your Email Address. Although this is optional filling out your email will allow us to help you with technical support and to send you announcements for upgrades, site bonuses and other special promotions. Your email will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for these purposes by Poker-On-Net. Double check that your email is correct then select "Submit Registration".
- A reply from our server will be sent to your email with your Poker-on-Net Demo Money Username and Password. Write down this information and then press "OK".
- Return to the login screen and fill out your Poker-on-Net Demo Money Username and Password. Click on "Login".
- Now you can choose the table where you want to play. Click on the table’s name and select "Join Table". That’s it!

5. How to play the Next Time
- Double-click on the Poker-on-Net icon, located on the Windows desktop or the location where you have chosen to save it.
If you do not see the Poker-on-Net icon, enter the Start menu on the left corner of your screen. Choose "Programs" => "Poker-on-Net" => "Poker-on-Net":
- Now, you should be at the Poker-on-Net Lobby entrance. Select “Real Money” or “Demo Money” play.
- The login screen will now appear. Fill out your Poker-on-Net Username and Password (“Demo Money” or “Real Money” Play). Click "Login".

How Long will the Download take?
Approximately 7 to10 minutes with a standard 56KBS Modem. The file size is around 3MB. The Poker-on-Net software program is the smallest downloadable poker software on the Internet. Our engineers have designed this amazing software without compromising the 3D graphics and cutting edge features.

What are the System Requirements for my PC?
PC System Requirements:
Poker-on-Net’s software requires Microsoft Windows Operating Systems Version 95 or above. Poker-on-Net does not support Windows 3.XX or Web TV. For optimum results, set your monitor to 600 X 800 pixels with high color - 16 bit - or above.

Why isn’t my computer connecting to Poker-on-Net?
Sometimes computers cannot connect to Poker-on-Net if a Firewall or Proxy Server is being used. Consult your Network Administrator, your Network Service Provider or your Internet Service Provider customer support services.
If there is a connection error, just try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, select the "Contact Us" link to inform us of the problem.
Sometimes a temporary disconnection from the server occurs and may cause Internet connection problems.

Why Can’t I Find the "Poker-on-Net" Icon on My Desktop?
If the "Poker-on-Net" icon isn’t on the desktop or if you have forgotten your selected location follow these steps:
- Press on the "Start" menu on the left corner of your monitor screen.
- Select "Search" and then "For Files or Folders".
- In the file "Name" option enter "PacificPoker.exe" (without the quotes) and select "Find Now".
- The computer will search for the file.
- If you see a file named "PacificPoker.exe" under the "Name" or "Search Results" section, your computer has found the file and you should double click on it.
- If the search is complete and there is no file in the window, then the file was not found. If this occurs, you will need to redo the download process.

Why is My Monitor Fuzzy and the Color Unclear?
Set your monitor to this setting by following these easy steps:
- Place the mouse selector anywhere on the desktop, except on a program.
- Click on the right button on your mouse.
- Go to "Properties".
- Go to "Settings".
- In the "Desktop Area" move the arrow until you see "600 X 800 pixels".
- Under "Colors" select "High Color (16 bit)" or more.
- Press "OK" or "Apply".
- Press "OK" to accept the new settings.
- Connect to the Internet and Poker-on-Net again. Now you should see the program correctly.
These settings will not harm other programs. To return to your original settings when you are done playing, just follow these instructions again and choose the monitor resolution.

How to Uninstall Our Poker-on-Net Software
Poker-on-Net has made the process of uninstalling the software quick and simple for our members convenience. To uninstall the software from your PC follow these steps:
- Click on "Start", on the left corner of the Windows Taskbar;
- Go to "Programs";
- On the menu that opens go to "Poker-on-Net";
- On this menu click on "Uninstall Poker-on-Net";
- Go to the Select Uninstall Method pop-up window. Select the "Automatic" option box;
- Click on "Next";
- Click on "Finish";
- Poker-on-Net will now automatically uninstall from your computer. This process may take a few moments.
